Bridal Personal Training

Every bride’s journey is unique. With each bridal milestone occasion (and accompanying outfit) – the engagement photoshoot, the engagement party, bridal shower, bachelorette party, the rehearsal dinner, the wedding day and everything in between comes with endless photos and videos that will be taken to remember these unforgettable moments. It is common for brides to want to look and feel their best for these photos and events!

Hiring a personal trainer realistically 8-12 months before your wedding day can drastically change the trajectory of your wedding journey. Brides tend to severely cut their calories and over exercise which can prevent weight loss, increase weight gain and prevent muscle ‘toning’. Brides can now work directly with Jess through her *fitness app or *in person. Regardless of the type of wedding (destination wedding, traditional religious ceremony, elopement, etc.), no goal is unachievable. Avoid the stress of having to under eat and over exercise by working with a personalized plan created by Jess according to your lifestyle, fitness goals and style of wedding journey outfits.

- Each bridal personal training client will receive the following:
- - Monthly personalized workouts created by Jess that are accessible through your mobile phone, computer or tablet devices
- - Weekly check ins with Jess for motivation and for any adjustments to your plan
- - Video tutorial for each exercise on your plan + track your progress through graphs and connected apps including Fitbit, MyFitnessPal and Apple Watch
- - Nutrition coaching and guidance

We are currently not accepting new clients at this time but do offer the option of a virtual consultation with one of our trainers. This virtual 45-minute option is ideal for someone who is looking for professional guidance on how to create or improve their exercise and nutrition regimen. Virtual consultations take place on Saturdays and Sundays by appointment only.
